1)     The SB Maps application does not run with my web browser. What’s wrong?
The application is designed to run only on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. (please see Minimum Computer Requirements)

2)     The application is not working. What can I do?
First, try closing your browser and restarting the application. Also, make sure you have Java and Java Scripting enabled in your Internet Security settings.

3)     Will this application run on a computer running Mac/OS?
No. The application utilizes an ActiveX control and will only run on a computer running Microsoft Windows.

4)     Do I have to “Accept” the Disclaimer to access the application?
Yes, a user must review and accept the Disclaimer in order to launch the application.

5)     What data is represented in the Map?
The information provided is a collection of data from various City sources. Please review the List of Data Sources found in the Online Help menu for a complete list of data available in the Map.

6)     I can’t see Montecito or Goleta, why?
The Map coverage consists of areas within the City of Santa Barbara.
